We contacted Atticrawl as we needed to completely clean out and replace all of the insulation in our attic. We met with Eli who was a pleasure to work with. He spent a ton of time in the attic doing a thorough walkthrough, and took many before photos. We were comfortable working with him as he was great at explaining all the steps necessary to complete the job and was able to easily answer every question we had. There were a few special requests we made that were all clearly laid out in the instructions for the crew. Eli was able to get us scheduled for the next day, and the crew arrived on time. They were quick, efficient and meticulous. Status update photos were taken, and Eli himself came out to the job site to check on the progress as well! The crew was accessing the attic through our garage and protected and lined the entire garage as if it was the inside of our home. Zero mess. This was a great touch! Hiring professionals who specialize in this type of work takes a lot of stress away and you can be assured the job has been done correctly.

Tre, a company member, returned today, to ensure the critter's did not return .....and they DID NOT! This was due to the fantastic, and grueling hard work the crew had done six months ago!

WARNING: They are NOT licensed exterminators. I paid over $6000 for bat remediation and full insulation replacement only for the issue to come back JUST after their warranty period expired and to find out this fact. Their technician also tried to play this off as a mice issue upon reinspection. They are now ignoring emails and calls to try to get this problem taken care of while I have to pursue a separate dedicated exterminator.

Had squirrels/rodents in the attic and pests coming in through the crawl space. All the debris was cleaned up and sanitized before closing up all the access points and laying down insulation. Covered all the non-work areas of my home and cleaned up with minimal dust/debris left to clean afterwards.
Worked with Eli who was super helpful in reviewing all the issues. His crew (Anthony, Cristobal, Estevan, Oscar and Paulino) came in 2 days later and were in/out in 4 hours for a big job.

Atticrawl is an outstanding company! They quickly scheduled an estimate for damage caused by a raccoon in my attic. I had the pleasure of working with Zak. He thoroughly inspected the attic and explained the remediation process with professionalism and knowledge. The excellent crew (Anthony, Cristobal, Marcelo, Oscar & Paulino) began the job by containing the work area w/dropcloths. Insulation was remove & replaced. The attic was deep cleaned, vacuumed, sanitized & gaps were sealed. Both interior & exterior were rodent proofed. All trash was removed & everything was left very clean. This was a big job & this hard-working crew did amazing work! Thank you, Zak and crew, for your kindness & expertise in handling a difficult situation. I would not hesitate to call Atticrawl again if needed.
