After being involved in an accident, I reached out to the Aditya Surti Law Firm for guidance and assistance. Initially, they seemed attentive and requested the necessary documents, but unfortunately, the communication quickly deteriorated. Despite numerous follow-up calls over a period of two months, I never received a call back from the lawyer as promised. This lack of responsiveness was extremely disappointing and left me feeling neglected during a stressful time. I cannot recommend their services.

I called this office for over a month and a half for someone to take my case and they keep saying that they will call me back but no one gives me a call back. I am not sure the reason for that? i am guessing because I mentioned I have metalife but I was willing to pay if there is a payment needed. Nitin one of the lawyers, said give me 1 hour and I will call you back, again no call back. Very disappointed with this treatment!
