I was referred to Kim by realtor and I would definitely recommend working with Kim for property purchase. Clear instructions on the process and excellent coordination with the seller and various vendor team was the key items to highlight. Oh and you are not charged for service until the deal is closed - which is something not everyone would do. Most of the communication is done through Email and the responses time is reasonable (usually by same day).
