Kessler Rehabilitation Center - Westfield

Frances Ramirez was great! He gave me a lot of exercises to help me get back to skiing after I had a minor skiing accident. He was patient an gave good explanations as well as exercises to work on at home.

Was told that my PT wasnt approved because of One Stop .. The very next day i was contacted by One Stop who is now trying to help me find a new rehabilitation center .. I was lied to and told that my physical therapy was complete and its not I was scheduled on days with other patients which kind of interfere with my therapy because we were all assigned to one therapist I no longer feel welcome at this location.. I dont know what the trainer have against but its sneaky and i can tell he doesnt want to service me .My insurance is good my therapy was denied by Kessler in Westfield and that shows that there is some type of animosity towards me .. just wanna avoid the confrontation if your not HR dont contact me

Tom and his staff are both compassionate and professional therapists. They are creative in their approaches and make the rehab part of physical therapy effective and fun. I would highly recommend them for knee/hip replacement treatment and rehab.

Im a returning customer to Kessler on Elm st. 10 years ago I torn my ACL and had absolutely best experience pre- and post surgery with this place. Torn my second ACL Dec, 2023 and was back here for their expertise and care. Everyone is very friendly and helpful at Kessler. Im working with Francis and very grateful for his attention and positive attitude towards my recovery. I like that hes not afraid to challenge me with needed exercises to get my knees stronger and to achieve my full potential and strength. I like the facility much more than other places Ive seen. Its a large open space with different types of equipment but has tables with curtains for privacy too if needed. Im always looking forward to my sessions.
