When I arrived at the JAG PT site in Westfield, I hadn't slept for more than 3 hours at a time - at most - for almost five months. Thanks to the outstanding care from the entire team, I was sleeping through the night within a week. I have an extremely painful frozen shoulder and a rare internal hip lesion from a bike accident. Joelle, Lisa, Victoria, Sarah, Sam, and Oscar (forgive me if I forgot anyone) all work together to push and encourage, while constantly monitoring me to make sure I am doing the exercises safely and effectively. The facility is spotless - staff is constantly cleaning all of the equipment. I also should mention my insurance situation was somewhat unusual and has caused me delays and complications with my doctors, but the front desk scheduler (forgive me for forgetting your name at this moment) took care of everything and had me scheduled and starting to heal within a few days. They have very convenient hours and I'm so, so glad I chose to come here. My only concern when I first was considering using JAG in Westfield was the parking situation, but it hasn't been a problem at all. If you are on the fence about who to go to for your physical therapy, look no further. They will take excellent care of you at JAG in Westfield. And no...I'm not related to any of them! :)
