4:30 appointment. I arrive at 4:20 only to find 7 people ahead of me. I ask the receptionist how long it's gonna be and she literally tries to stare me down. I say I'd like to rebook on a day where I'll be first patient of the day. Tells me it'll be months. I need refills on my medication. You need to see Dr first. So now, almost 45 min later only 1 person has been seen. If you value your time (everyone should) do not come here.

Over an hour wait period. No consideration for patients time and that says a lot about an office.

I have been going to the West Orange location with my family for many years. Unfortunately, care has declined significantly. With the exception of Maria the front desk receptionists are IGNORANT. When you ask a question (for example, how much longer is the wait) they begin to talk over you and get loud so that everyone in the lobby can observe. Very unprofessional staff. They over schedule appointments, you are waiting a minimum of 2 1/2 hours and only to see the Dr. for five minutes. Do yourself a favor and find another PCP.

Feels like a serious decline in patient care despite the doctor doing a great job. Have to go through a runaround just to refill a prescription. Three phone numbers and they barely respond even for my pharmacy.
