        West Mill Gardens is a very quiet community. You hardly see neighbors but maybe this is because of the cold season. The few I encountered so far were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. A dog friendly place. Delivery drivers may need extra details when delivering to your apartment at times because the your address will usually takes them to the main office. Nonetheless, it's been great this far.
