        Returned a merchandise as it was one week past due. Before whenever something was past due once I returned it - it was removed from my account. I have a benefit charge linked to a product for safety/insurance purposes and the manager does NOT want to remove it. I am calling customer support and reporting this store. They showed up to my house HARASSING me after multiple law suits. They're NOT supposed to do that. There is NO WHERE in the contract stating that is allowed. I called and the manager said verbatim, "we're allowed to do that," clearly you're NOT since once my father recorded y'all and said something y'all stopped doing it. Yes, they have helped me but their practices are AWFUL. Do NOT go here. I'll be filing a civil complaint against them for all this.
