I had a pleasant experience with the account owner Mike. Very straightforward owner, willing to work for our needs. The delivery/installer Carlos and his helper were very professional and efficient when they came to my home. Just one thing to keep in mind, make sure you reach out a couple of days before your delivery to verify all the details since no one reached out to us. Solid experience

Horrible business. Made a purchase for 2 chest dresser didnt have the color instore so they made a order for it. I was supposed to get it Friday then Saturday. 8 out of 10 times they dont pick up the phone. Then they never called back for a update. The delivery turned into Monday nothing came no call. YOU HAVE TO CALL IF YOU WANT TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR ORDER. Tuesday promised delivery 1pm-3pm. They reach out saying he didnt get your color and we have none would i like a new color or a refund. I go get my refund they cant find my receipt for the order. I have to write on a piece of paper that im getting a cash refund, so UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Never again.
