We moved here recently from Jersey City after the birth of our daughter and we could not be any happier with our decision. This place offered me the calm and quit that I was so looking for along with quick access to Hoboken and new York where we have most friends and family. Oh and I absolutely love the views from here ;)

Very horrible place to live. Building is old and not made well. You literally hear your neighbors. Very loud and inconsiderate people. The noise is terrible. Wfh is a nightmare. Quiet time statewide is 10 p.m. Here its 11 p.m. Also has lots of issues that occur because it was never properly maintained.

Ive lived here for 9 years and love it. This historic complex is undergoing a complete renovation roof, windows , facade, landscaping and elevators. Soon to come are interior upgrades. This is a wonderfully diverse community, its pet friendly and is very close to Manhattan. Many of the units here have gorgeous Manhattan city views. There is a compete gym, sauna, pool, gated entrance with 24 hour security and covered parking spots for all residents. There are concierge services like dry cleaning and shoe repair. The complex is very close to many nearby parks. We love it here.

Do no recommend. The management is questionable , lack of transparency from the board, assessments and third party vendors are not properly managed . The bylaws are not respected or enforced by the property management. The walls are thin, the ceilings have no insulation and noise and vibration travel throughout the units. The building condition is a result of many years of mismanagement with substantial maintenance issues. Its an unfortunate that a property with such potential has degraded to such degree. The high HOA do not offer a high quality common areas or up-keeping. Many amenities in the building comes with an extra cost ( in 2020 there was even a fee to have pets- even if you were a homeowner).
