        Been living in the building for 6+ years and the neighborhood and the building kept improving on and on. Unparalleled experience so far. Staff and neighbors are super friendly and respectful!

        Ive lived here for many years, bought a 1br when I was 28yrs old, and I cant find more unique place to live since then! I love it having a home on the water with stunning views. My mornings are filled with the best sunrises and evenings with lovey sunsets. Even if I decide to move to another state or coast, Im keeping my home here as there is no place like it. The people here are just as unique & amazing as the property.
