    My car needed to be serviced due to a car accident. They made drop off of my car easy by picking me up at the auto body center. They made insurance paperwork easy for me by dealing directly with the insurance company. And it was so convenient to return the rental car when my car was ready to be picked up. I was surprised at the convenient experience. Would definitely use again.

    Unfortunately I must update my review of this location based on my experience today. They have slipped back in both customer service and vehicle cleanliness. They have also found a way to make their policies rigid and non-value-add to their corporate clients. I booked using my corporate account. When I got there, Gian asked to see my corporate ID or business card. I told him that I didnt have any of that on me since that has not been the practice from previous rentals with them. I also informed him that the reservation is made from our Company reservation system. There is no way for people to use corporate reservation systems to book for other peoples travel. Gian was just not willing to listen. Instead of thinking about the purpose of that new policy, he is fixated by the need to see an ID versus realize our corporate travel system made the reservation, which should be sufficient proof. More proof than a business card that anyone can just make on their own. I had to force him to get his supervisor to resolve the issue. Then Gian proceeded to take me to a upgraded car which is not really an upgrade. A Hyundai Kona is not an upgrade from standard. Also, the inside of it was not clean. Food crumbs all over. Sticky substance inside the cup holder. Smells bad as well. Just not what I had expected. When I asked Gian to look into if there is a Toyota his immediate response was I dont think we have any. I eventually told him I dont want to take the Hyundai. Only then did he go back to the office to look for another car. There were other better vehicles on the lot!! Overall, this location was not as good as my previous rental. The difference between the two associates from the previous rental and this one was 180 degree difference. I hope management is reading the reviews and taking actions to get back to the better performance I saw last time. My previous experience is below for reference: Fantastic customer service! I rented from this location for the first time this week. They were very professional, accommodating, and flexible to meet my needs. Julia is the one that helped me with the rental. She is awesome! I will definitely use this location for all my future rentals (both business and personal) if they continue this level of attention to customer service.
