Quality Inn Vineland - Millville

The Indian lady at the front desk messed up the whole experience at this hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff except her. And the 100 deposit they make you do is a rip off. They charged us for getting food stains on the towels and rags like wow who does that. Won't be staying here again for those reasons Rooms: Very clean

Let's just give you the facts, management was upset that I complained about them not having waffles. At checkout time I yold them that I will extend my stay for another day and to give me a few minutes to book it. Once was booked they told me to come back at 3pm at check in time and that I could not wait in the lobby till then. This is from management/owner. Terrible hospitality. It would have been so much easier and professional if I was told there could be an extra $25 early check in fee instead of this terrible experience.

There was so much wrong with this place. The shower curtain would not close because it was Hanging off the wall. They falsely advertise that they have a hot breakfast. They quite literally had the bare minimum to call it a breakfast. They had a waffle maker with no waffle batter. No eggs not even hard boiled. Not even enough milk to make cereal.(With the old stale cereal they had.) And when I made a complaint about the false advertisement Of a "hot breakfast" and being totally disappointed, With this fact. after spending so much money to stay there one night. No breakfast! I woke up early for at 8 am and was down in dining area by 8:30. They had plenty of yogurt but only one banana. And just happens to be the one fruit.My girlfriend is allergic to. They kept fifty dollars of my hundred dollars security deposit. The following morning at twelve am. Claiming it was for damages. No. It was retaliation, for me reporting them to you! I have pictures of my hotel room. Because I had a feeling they were gonna try pulling this stunt after my complaint. My best advice is to stay away from this app and any choice hotel

We have many guests come in for the day to visit Vineland and attend services at our synagogue. The synagogue is only four blocks away. That makes it extremely convenient for Shabbat and holiday visitors are not permitted to drive on shabbats. The serious problem with this establishment, is they will not hold your bags at all. So visitors that have to walk to the synagogue and are not allowed to carry on a Shabbat have to drive to the synagogue first walk back to the motel for the overnight stay, Not being able to leave items in a safekeeping of the hotel for a few hours is a big issue for us. The most positive thing I could say about the quality inn of Vineland would be the pricing. Also, the website often confuses the quality inn Vineland with a quality inn of Millville.
