image Absolutely the worst hotel Ive been in. They need to FIRED the housekeeping supervisor and whoever leaves the room dirty. Its not acceptable. Blood stains are a huge problem, thats a health hazard and they should be fine! Gross Imagine to checked-in and find all that in your room. Never going back and I will not recommend this property at all.

image Worst place to work at, I really got hired without no training, just because I had experience they thought it was easy going, so gave me no training on how or where everything was situated in the building. I started working there on Nov, 4 2023. A month later, on December 24th when I walk in after being off for 2 days, the manager comes and say sarcastically, do you know you're supposed to work tomorrow?? and you are by yourself. Are you fine with that? So you know it was my first month there so I didn't feel correct saying no even though they didn't ask me if I wanted to work that day. They put me in with three job duties housekeeping laundry room and houseman duties. They really don't care about their employees. I got hurt on December 25, because I wanted to make sure this three job duties they had me doing on time. Supervisor and manager were both inresponsible it took them almost 3 weeks to provide me with a injury claim number. Then took than another whole month to call me in and fill out my workers compensation for. Lied to me saying that they didn't have a clinic where I could go to be seem. Then 2 months and a half later booked me into appointment with a premier clinic, here in Vineland to be reviewed for my x-rays and doctors notes. Never compensated me for the weeks I was out they never reach back to me to see if I was doing okay or not, only to see if I could come back to work next day I got. They were always complaining about the labor and how the hours were a problem. One which they didn't tell me before I sat down with them on an interview day. If they would have advised me about it, told me that labor was a pain in the butt for the hours when I started, they would've never used me like they did. They were always complaining about me going after the 25 minute frame they have for us to clean the rooms, I come to find out they only do deep cleaning on the hotel when slow. In the 6 weeks I was there I noticed a lot of the girls don't clean their rooms correctly, if you stay there look at every corner, you'll see they leave trash behind the beds, dirty fans or heater. Most of the rooms never get vacuum on a daily basis. Their beds get flipped over when a woman on period stain then.
Half of the times laundry it's half away stack to the wall, guest always need towels, because the have clean linen stacking up in bins, which under the law is ilegal because the linen gets wrinkle and damaged. Why is this? because they prefer to use the laundry girl for the day to do houseman duties, help girls with rooms, to help with manager needs. Reason why I got hurt was because that day the laundry was full of linens from the day before. The was no one there with manager or supervisors knowledge, but me and a new girl they just hired. I couldn't
even do my report at the time I got hurt. Went home in pain an was like that for 2weeks. I Even got complain for not being able to make it to work the next day and calling off for extremely pain in my back. Please check the rooms when you stay there, they supposed to reimburse when rooms in dirty conditions are found. Make a better decision when booking there next time. They also like to chat chat about guests when they not around. If they don't care about employees, they truly don't care about guests
They only pretend like they do.

image Accidentally booked this hotel instead of another one in the area and called within minutes of me booking it. The hotel and Expedia assured me Id get a refund but of course I got nothing back. Thanks for nothing.

image Every time I visit Vineland I stay here for a night or two. Front desk staff practically know my name at this point.
The renovations have helped this place so much. It feels so much more modern. Rooms are clean, spacious, and power outlets can be found everywhere.
WiFi speeds were acceptable at around 20 mbps download and about 5-7 mbps upload which was fine for my Zoom video meetings and using a VPN for work.
Rooms: The renovations have helped this place so much. The rooms are brighter and spacious with plenty of storage and room to relax.
Nearby activities: Not much going on in Vineland. You have the Cumberland Mall which is... ok and you have the Millville shopping center down the road with Target and ShopRite. The Brass Tap up the street is good for drinks.
Safety: The hotel is relatively safe and off the beaten path, just has some abandoned buildings. The Cumberland mall is right across the parking lot and you can easily walk to Starbucks.
Walkability: You're walking to the mall and that's about it. You'll need a car to get around. Public transit isn't a thing really.
Food & drinks: Breakfast bar / dining area is simple. It's your classic eggs and some sort of side.
