        This CrossFit gym is amazing! The coaches here are so helpful and encouraging! I travel a lot and only get to return to this gym every time Im home, but I love coming back. I have yet to find another gym that I enjoy as much as this one! If youre new to CrossFit, this is the place for you! Coaches are there to help you and make you feel comfortable, other members in classes are also so welcoming!

        As a former athlete, I really missed being able to workout without feeling like I was doing the same boring movements over and over again. When I was introduced to Gold Phoenix, my excitement for working out grew. I was no longer fighting the desire to get my body to move again. I look forward to every class. The instructors are amazing and extremely helpful!

        The best thing Ive done was join this gym. The coaches are amazing!!! They are definitely eager to teach you the proper forms & techniques. Love it here & cant wait to see where this journey takes me in a year!!
