Octagon is truly a one of a kind place! Not only is Bruno the owner so knowledgeable but he makes sure that you are being safe and doing every single workout appropriately and without injuring yourself! I could not recommend octagon enough

Very friendly place;it has been awesome to me ;Bruno(personal trainer/owner)being exceptional;the overall vibe is great and have had nothing but good experience .i definitely recommend to my friends & family ;its the kind of gym that actually make me want to go train!!!

This place is the best! Bruno takes the time to personalize every workout in efforts to reach my goals. He truly cares about your progress and pushes you to the best of your abilities. The gym is very clean and is extremely welcoming to everyone.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a highly professional gym that clearly knows what they're talking about when it comes to fitness and health. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that this gym was different from others I've visited before. Firstly, Bruno were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They took the time to assess my fitness goals and make personalized recommendations on the best workout plan for me. They were also able to answer all of my questions about exercise techniques, and even recovery strategies. I was particularly impressed with their focus on functional training, which helped me to build strength and flexibility in everyday movements. Throughout my workout, the trainers were always available to offer guidance and support. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about their fitness and health. The Bruno is knowledgeable, the facilities are top-notch, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and supportive. This is definitely a gym that knows what they're doing!
