    I am so happy with the service Terry and his teammates provided me. Right from the customer service, when I booked my repair, to the delivery and installation. Throughout the process his team was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and communicated diligently. Furthermore, my computer was repaired swiftly and his fees were very reasonable with no extra hidden charges. I really appreciated dealing with such honest and nice people! I highly recommend using Cerberus Technology Solutions.

    THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Few days back, I gave my macbook to them telling the exact issue. They said they will still take diagnostic fees of $67(non-refundable) and fixing the issue will take $135. I told them to make sure if they would be able to do it and they should not be asking $1000 dollars and then I would have to say no as most of the scammers do to earn diagnose fee. After a week they said it is going to take $900. Apple themselves take $600 to fix this issue. So they planned to get it fixed from apple for 600 and take 900 from me or they have earned $67 without doing anything. Obviously, I declined their offer as there is a big difference. Even after that they took 4-5 more days to return my macbook. At the time of returning when I asked to check, if it is still in same condition, they said they don't have charger and also they don't take guarantee that it would be still in same condition. I am surprised to see that how were they fixing even without charger. I have not seem bigger scammers than them. Later on charging, I found that they had made it worse. Now it is not even starting. SO BE AWARE. I don't know why it is necessary even to give one start.

    worst service. brought my son's phone there 2 months ago for a cracked screen. they got the screen too small, and then ordered the wrong year and then kept opening the phone causing the battery to break and then short circuit the entire phone. they've had the phone for 2 months for the most part. it is crazy. I just got it back!! when I brought my son's phone in, it worked and only had a cracked screen...I left with a broken phone that doesn't even work. they had the phone for 2 months. so unacceptable. I would NEVER recommend this place. I had to just get a new phone. I just got a refund but didn't even get the 50 diagnostic fee back! such a rip off. they are HORRIBLE with communication and completely inept. no faith they could fix my phone let alone anything. do NOT bring your equipment there. save yourself! they will keep your stuff for months and rarely keep you updated. you have to hunt them down!

Danielle,We completely understand your frustration with this order. We recognize that we did order the wrong part once. However, most of the wait was due to our vendor sending us the wrong part in the first place. This is of course not your fault, so again we'd like to apologize for that. The battery issue that caused the phone to short circuit was present on intake, this was explained to David and he declined the battery repair. We wanted to rectify the issue regardless, and had already ordered a new phone for you at our loss. We were not charging for this new phone and data transfer, and were going to honor the price you had already paid. Instead, you requested the phone back with a refund, which we did pay in full, including the usually non-refundable deposit. We're sorry you weren't happy with the service, but we did everything in our power to make it right for you. We respected your wish to take back the phone, but had you waited just one more day you would've gotten a new working phone back with all your data on it for the price you were originally quoted. During this whole process we reached out to David multiple times giving him frequent updates, we're sorry if that information did not make it to you. As a company we always fix any mistakes made, regardless of who is at fault. It is our first priority to do right by the customer, which we have demonstrated numerous times in the past.
