It kinda sucks, one evening I got there for Id validation as the phone agents couldnt help me. As I arrived at this location it was crowded at 6:30 pm (its natural since it is inside a mall) but no one saw me or bothered to ask if I wanna be queued in, there were 3-4 people standing by the door I quickly told one of the rep to queue me in nad waited for 1hr before they thought of asking what I needed help with.
I found this place unorganized I am glad my need was a quick one but waiting for it for an hour was a waste of my time.

I went to the Tmobile in QuakerBridge mall this past weekend and probably experienced the worst service ever after being a loyal customer for nearly 20 years.
I went to upgrade my phone on Sunday and the employee that approached me was not helpful at all once he realized my service would require him to help me upgrade my phone and would not be commission based. I wanted to upgrade to the iphone 15 pro and he said dont bother, its the same (did not ask for his opinion) and I replied I would like to upgrade anyway as I had the jump benefit and upgraded a few times in the past without any issues.
He said he couldnt navigate my account because there was a comma between my last name and first name and did not bother to help. He was super rude and condescending in his tone and told me to go home and call customer service. He put in no effort to help at all and just proceeded with an attitude towards my husband and I. When I asked to speak to the manager (something I rarely do) he went over to the manager, whispered something to him and the manager did not even acknowledge us. We waited around till my husband realized it was just a waste of time and extremely disrespectful.
The employee went on and was gossiping with the other staff. Before leaving I asked what his name was he was not even wearing a name tag! He said his name was Hector and my gut instinct told me he gave me a fake name. When I went to another tmobile store, the manager there who looked into my account said it was accessed by someone named Jose which appears to be the real name.
Tmobile Corporate needs to do better in hiring the right people. If you go to the tmobile at quakerbridge mall and see a rude chubby hispanic male and a useless manager, dont be surprised!

If you need any help and need someone with patience then go see Bill! I have no clue about phones data etc. Bill took the time to educate me and show me the difference between the phones and what would best fit my needs. I finally settled on a phone and bill guided me through each step on the set up. I've been at this location more than once and Bill has always gone above and beyond to provide outstanding service!

Went in this morning for some help with my new iPhone and Michelle was great! Super friendly, knew her stuff, and was able to help with what I needed!
