        I brought my elderly aunt into the store to make some changes to her phone plan. Alex was absolutely wonderful. He was so helpful and patient. He was able to do everything we needed, including finding a better plan so that my aunt was not paying for services she doesnt use. His patience with my aunt was exemplary. Thank you, Alex!
