Ever since Maurice left, its like nothing gets done. The new property manager Tanisha does not answer the phone reply to messages or even make sure her tenants are comfortable. I never know who to contact with my issues because no one answered the phone. No one emails me back I get nothing. There are electrical issues that have never been solved since the three years Ive been living here resolving in having a blown fuse about once every two weeks. You cant control your own heat so youre either too hot or too cold bc they wont turn it on when it needs to be on. They have 2010 appliances with 2024 rent prices all they do is paint over every issue. You have leaving you with the same issue in three months. Theres no amenities the basement/laundry room is infested with rodents and roaches. The only thing worth the $1400 a month is how spacious The apartments are and the neighbors are nice. Plus You have to pay for parking. Overall wouldnt recommend very uncomfortable and frustrating living here 45% of the time.

The manager is great and keeps his word as bond. The maintenance crew is always available and get the job done same day as requested.

Maurice the property manager does a good job to assure tenants are happy. I enjoy living here because its affordable, peaceful and my apartment is spacious & comfy.

The property manager Maurice!! Is AWESOME THE BEST PROPERTY MANGER HE TAKES HIS WORK VERY SERIOUS AND HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL IF ANYTHING NEEDS TO BE DONE HE MAKES SURE THE TENANTS IS A FIRST PRIORITY, IT WAS A BLESSING TO HAVE HIM IN MY CORNER,THANKS MAURICE YOU ARE THE BEST, OUTSTANDING GUY
