        I just moved out on December 2023 and my lease ended on January 31, 2024. Its funny how the still charged water the month of January when nobody was in the apartment for that whole time lol. But i gotta admit that i felt that i was paying way too much for water. Plus knowing that some neighbors didnt have to pay for water i felt i was paying for their water bill. But i wanna give a big SHOUTOUT to maintenance . THEY ARE THE BEST AND RESPECTFUL GUYS.

      Hello Reina, Thank you very much for your kind words (shoutout!) to our maintenance team! They are definitely some of the BEST!In regards to the water bill - when you sign a lease you are responsible for the apartment until the end of the lease regardless of whether or not you choose to move out early. (We did not know you moved out early and did not find out until you returned your keys on January 31, 2024). We assure you, the water/sewer charges are fairly divided and no one pays for another's water use. We wish you the very best in your new home!JCMLiving Resident Services Team
