They don't like Muslims. Don't waist your time.
The worst management I ever met.
I waisted a whole month for rental application. (They told me no electronic forms. Everything electronically these days. My previous apartment I applied and signed the rental agreement electronically in couple of days.
Ok, I went their couple of times to take paper forms, then they said management took holiday off days, ok waited, then told me to fill out papers for co-signer. I said ok, but the signature cannot be electronic and has to be notarized . I never heard such things for co-signer before, but ok. I did it. Then finally got the result when I had only 2 days before moving out from my current place "O we are sorry, the co-signer doesn't meet our criterias". He signed mortgage, he bought a car with his credit history. I am sure even if he was perfect they would find another reason.) I feel bad for my time. I spent so much time and energy for this. Give me this give me that, never enough .
If the company or some people working for this company don't interested to rent to certain categories of people (based on rase and religion) then just say it. Don't waist their time.
If you are not white Christian then don't waist your time. I saw the first impression when I came to pick up the forms. I am a Muslim in hijab and yes I am not fluent English speaker, but I am proud who I am.

Great place to live

Nice place. Management is helpful and responsive. Grounds are pleasant and well kept. Noise from upstairs neighbor walking around. Appliances fairly modern and work well. I would recommend it.

My family has lived here over 25 yrs yet the apt has not been given any work unless something completely breaks down
