I got new apartment with damage everywhere and if you contact Brandy at the office she will give you attitude because youre ask for your rights thats only and its a dangerous complex always laundry machine broken always maintenance not throw up if you call and ask for anything do you have to give your attitude first and its not safe for your kids if you have a kids thats my advice for anyone who looking for apartment with winding Brook Company and you have to see the apartment before you let you sign the lease

I lived there over 24 years ago and apparently the same issues exist. No free month rent even though my spouse and I had excellent credit! No damage was done to the apartment at move, we even painted the walls the original color (bland) at the time we moved in. Sorry to hear that Slum Lords still exist and treat you and tenants this way.Even stayed one month passed because we weren't getting the deposit back, keep in mind we didn't pay last months rent either!! Oh we bought a beautiful home at move out.

They took my review down about roaches and bug in the apartment. Am writing another: Still a lot of roaches and bugs, the apartment is an old building, so the roaches are in the walls. No matter how clean you are. they come into the apartment between wall space and the floor,heater corners, kitchen holes, and some other places since is an old building. Pls dont use there exterminator or there chemical it multiples them. I used them for 4 months no difference. Once the roaches able to drink water or touch water the poison is ineffective so the exterminator says. Rubbish.The girl called brandy so rude. Am just writing this to save you from unnecessary headaches. Quite but worst place to live. I will not recommend this place for my enemy.

Me and my husband lived here for five years it is a great place to rent We had some friendly neighbors it is a very quiet place. I will miss living here.
