Kearny Bank

I read the Google reviews and told my husband I thought this would be a good place to open a business account. I couldn't regret my decision anymore. He has a new small contracting business and Kearny Bank has put an extended hold on all business checks, meaning he can't pay bills, employees, buy materials for jobs, nothing. He has no income; they are holding his money hostage! I cannot believe this is allowed and will be reaching out to the NJ-AG office to report, as well as the banking commission. It isn't their money to hold onto to. As long as a check is clear, the funds need to be released. I am so sorry we switched here.

I began banking with this bank a few years ago and theyve never let me down, the service is unmatched, the girls and guys of the branch are extremely kind and pleasant, I own a business in the area and the offers they have regarding business accounts are very attractive and deeply appreciated. The hours are convenient, whenever something has needed extra attention they are always willing to help, you really feel cared for and secure banking with this bank in general but especially with this branch. Highly recommended.

The employees including the branch manager, Melinda, could never do enough for me and my family. Recently we moved and are banking with a large, country-wide bank. It is impersonal and it makes me miss my Kearny Family so much! If you're looking for the hometown bank where they greet you by name, this is the bank for you!
