Need an appointment to do banking however, their availability is very limited. I shouldnt have to wait a week to see a Banker.

Very nice staff, but regrettably poor to mediocre service. Usually there is only one teller on duty. The outside window is closed . Calling for information requires a 20- minute hold time. If you need to get something notarized , or access your safe box, you are in for a wait. If you call the bank , you will be promptly directed to their website!
