After being a loyal member of Chase bank for years, I was extremely disappointed with the terrible customer service. I needed to open a new account and I was waiting nearly 30 minutes before I finally realized that this branch has no regard for customer service. I dont recommend anyone to visit this branch in person and instead should use the app.

I cant get a live person on the phone. If you need immediate help, no one is there.

Whatever you do do not come here. I have been a Chase customer for years. Kenneth Potts is the worst banker ever. He opened a business account and did not match the ID requirements. So the account became restricted. He did not inform me, and I found out from an email chase sent and I went to the branch March 8 and gave him the ID. He did nothing and now it's March 27. The accounts are l closed and all the direct deposits are returned. We are now penniless from this account and have to find some way to open a new account someplace and then to somehow ask how we can get the direct deposits re run to a new account. He had 1 month to let me know. Oh and I sent him 2 more emails with ZERO response. Do NOT come to this branch and use Ken Potts. Just the worst experience ever.
