      image I had a wonderful experience at the UPS store and wanted to share! The young lady was efficient in working through a line of customers and made my shipment easy and quick.
      I am sure it can be hard dealing with people being in a hurry especially after the holidays but she made my trip a delight.

      image Horrible and rude attitude of the staff overall. They don't deserve to be in business where customer are made to buy boxes for returns for no relevant reason. I wish they was some rating below 1 . They don't deserve any stars.
