I have recently had my car serviced at Nissan City Springfield and very pleased with the customer care provided to me. Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting my vehicle serviced and the follow up with Calin was pleasant.
I used to go to Nissan Plainfield but had a much better experience here and will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Nissan City Springfield

came here to have my car serviced and they did not disappoint! Terrance, my advisor helped me with all my needs and got my car running perfectly again. The manager Dave was personable and such a pleasure to work with. I wont be bringing my car anywhere else.

DO NOT BUY A NISSAN PATHFINDER WITHOUT KNOWING THIS.
I purchased my 2022 Pathfinder at Nissan from November 2022. the day I took it home. Driving it on the highway at route 80 highway over the weekend. I could get on the road and notice a vibrate from the front side mirror. The vibration is noticeable between 45-80 MPH. I immediately my sales guy who get me in service to look at. Tech claim said factory is faulty. They replaced at different Nissan service in Bridgewater and Springfield NJ So I picked my vehicle. The vehicle was doing the same thing I called service again and again. I got the vehicle back on road and the same thing happened with vibration at highway speeds. The tech said it is normal.
I feel uncomfortable driving on the highway.
