A friend referred me to Greg Rice after I told her I wanted to sell my townhouse. I met with him 4 months ago and he turned out to be a god-send. His analysis of the real estate market at that time, its direction and what I needed to do or did not have to do, proved to be spot-on. The photographs taken by his photographer were among the best I have ever seen in a real-estate advertisement. I followed his advice to a t and, two and half weeks later, my house sold a day after it was put on the market for a price significantly over the asking price. He is a true professional as well as a nice person to deal with.

When we decided to move to the Manasquan area it was very important to us that we find someone who knew the local market. We purchased a great location in Brielle, NJ. The residence was on the Manasquan River and in the same family for 5 generations. Greg represented a difficult Seller who was understandably very emotional about letting go of the property. Greg was steadfast throughout, very professional and went out of his way to help us work through some difficult issues.
