Dylan represented us as first-time homebuyers in this extremely challenging market, and was able to guide us in the best way possible in closing on our first home. His experitise in the area of southern Monmouth county, negotiation skills, network of contacts, and overall professionalism made the buying process for us extremely successful. He was attentive with all questions we had, accomodated multiple showings for us over the time we worked together, and we always felt we could rely on him for advice in this market. My husband and I worked with Payton in finding our new home. She was so patient with us, listened to what we were looking for and she was incredible to work with! During our home buying process we needed to find an electrician last minute to give us an estimate and right away she was able to help us! Not only did we feel like Payton was someone we could trust with the job, she's also become a friend to us!

We worked with Payton to find a 2 week summer rental this year. She was amazingresponsive (even when she was on vacation!) and incredible attentive to our familys needs. She even stopped by our first day to check on us. When I had a question about the wifi, Payton went out of her way to help us! When we are ready to buy, we will definitely use Payton and her family. Such a wonderful caring group. You wont find more genuine people around.
