Working with Matt at OTIS was a pleasure. I have no experience with septic systems and he was eager to teach. The report was easy to read and came with a detailed cover letter. They arrived on site early and immediately got to work. I asked for a two-day hydraulic test but when they noticed it was not necessary, they concluded the inspection while answering all my questions.
