Great company to use for excavation and septic: . We use them for septic service every three years as required by the county club. They where also great when excavating for our deck 10 plus years ago. Thanks Jeff keep up the great work.

Excellent service, experience, knowledge, and responsiveness. Have used their services for over 12 years. Recently needed repairs to the septic system and because I try to stay loyal to locally owned businesses and my past experiences I called them first. Called 2 others also. One other company wanted $50 just to give an estimate and another business never called back after several calls. North Jersey did a great job at a fair price and on time!! Recommended them to all my former neighbors before I moved out. COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!

We had our tank replaced several years ago and they did not try to sell us a whole septic system when we only needed a new tank. Best price around and did a great job. They also service our septic and still best price for pumping etc. To the person with the poor review, perhaps they were on vacation and forgot to change the message or had an emergency, stuff happens. I just know all my experiences were super positive and a friend recommended them and she too loves this company. The owner is very nice and considerate of your needs, he will also come out quickly if you have an emergency and does not screw you with his prices!!

Called and got an answering machine. Message said they would call back by the end of the business day - NEVER HAPPENED. I went to the address the next day. CLOSED - door locked and lights off. This was a weekday and between 9 am and 4 pm and not a holiday. Can't get anybody to do work if 1) they don't answer their phones, they have an answering machine, 2) they do NOT return messages the same day, 3) DOOR IS LOCKED, LIGHTS ARE OFF and NO ONE on premises. Is that a company you want to do business with? If the company is THAT busy with work, they need to hire a LIVE person to sit in the office at minimum wage and act like the business is open - take messages whether in person or phone calls. Goes a long way at making an impression. That lack of communication cost them at LEAST one job - mine. I went right home and called another company, not only did a live person answer the phone and answer my questions, they booked me for the NEXT DAY and the job was done by the end of the next day. I will be using that other company forever and not call back this company ever.
