image Had two bad experiences here. First, they lost my laptop that I was shipping to be repaired. Luckily I could prove it was lost so I got reimbursed but that didnt stop the fear that someone stole it due to their incompetence.
They also refused to take an amazon return because they insisted it needed a box. Even after I spent 22 minutes on the phone with amazon while still in the store and the customer service rep also said I didnt need a box. The UPS employee kept changing the reason why i needed a box and the assistant manager Fred then tried to blame Amazon saying that the amazon rep was saying things to get me off the phone. Mind you the rep from Amazon spent 22 minutes on the phone making changes based on the ups employees insistence that he was right.
Definitely use another store for your needs. I will.
