If you are focused, and hungry. This place is for you. Although this place is an absolute zoo, you can find gems here. It is super busy, and its highly competitive. They do their rotation regularly, and have a system going once it's time to rotate the bins. People do not follow the rules such as no running, no taking big piles. They do it all the time. I stayed here for about 6 hrs and got two IKEA bags worth of good clothes for about $45 I only put 4 star bc in my opinion this isn't a place I'd like to go daily. And the rude and at most crazy people over clothes. They will cut in front of you, push you and grab clothes that you're looking at.

I see a lot of complaints about the staff, but everyone I encountered was excellent.
Its the other patrons that are a nightmare to deal with.
Things could be improved if u banned carts from being allowed in the aisles where the bins are. They take up too much room in a tight space, they smash into people - and are often used that way deliberately - and people just load up carts with piles of clothes without even looking at what theyre picking up.

People like to steal your items from you here. Do NOT come here unless you like to get things stolen from. Yes I'm talking about the customer with an attitude problem. You know who you are. Fighting over scraps of cloth for what? One of the worst experiences of my life and I've broken bones for god sakes! I don't like to give negative reviews but I had to for this place. Only positive is the cashier she's friendly.

I go here mostly to pick up online orders/auctions that I have won. The handling price on the online auctions is extremely absurd. Auctions that I normally would bid on, I pass on due to this. But I guess that's their business model.. get free stuff and then price gouge. Bravo! The employees are nice. The place is pretty clean and orderly.
