Most horrible Builder Ive ever seen in my life theyre worth ethics and quality of work its horrible the people that build the house that they employ do not do good Quality work the people that in employee I dont even think they could build a potato gun Correctly. Also, builders like this the State of New Jersey need to be tougher on builders like this that Dont do the job right they just take your money and they don't want to no you after that they don't like to come back and they don't like to come back and fix things that they built also I remember years ago on the phone are you on with the woman at their company the woman I got so mad she didn't want to hear it that they need to come back and fix something she just hung up on me if anybody on here so this my advice to you is to stay away from this Builder you'll be very disappointed

They do not care about their supervisors if someone lies and makes wrongful accusations about you they fire you without investigation the HR department is weak and does NOT care about the employees they only care about their own jobs.. and I'm sure they'll come back on here and make up another lie about me not doing my job or having some other problems but I did my job well

I have been working for Larken Associates for almost a year and a half, and I am so grateful each day that we took a chance on one another! This company clearly cares very deeply for their employees and their tenants. Having pride in the work I'm doing has been such a breath of fresh air. Ive had the opportunity to take courses that keep me up-to-date with current trends, allowing me to continuously refine and expand my skills. Her mentorship has been pivotal in shaping my professional path, and I'm grateful for her guidance.
