My experience with the Fallone Group has been very positive. From the start, Robert Fallone was very patient and responsive when my family was looking to purchase a Quick Move-In home. We did not have the time to build a home from scratch when we came across the Fallone Groups new home site. The home my family selected was one of the first two homes being built in the 10 new-home community. As with many buyers, we visited many resale and new construction homes for sale. The competition was stiff but, end the end, we selected the "Quick Move-In" home from the Fallone Group. Our primary reasons for purchasing from the Fallone Group are the following: 1) Excellent customer service and professionalism (Robert and John Fallone and Lee [Project Foreman]) 2) Value (particularly the per square foot value of the home) 3) Quality (the home appraised for more than the asking price) 4) Gorgeous community (the new homes and the older homes in the nearby development) with a stunning, open, tree-lined landscape with breath-taking sunsets 5) As an unexpected bonus, awesome neighbors (weve already enjoyed a neighborhood block party) We never had a negative interaction with any member of the group. The team has always addressed our minor issues in a timely manner.
