Was a great business partner. No more. Our oldest invoice is under 90 days and it's for $53. We've been doing business with them for 13 years. Never had an issue with getting payment from us. Won't ship us until the balance is paid. Done with them. If we treated our customers like this we'd be out of business. The President is rude and poor business person. Why would you lose a long term client over a tiny balance. Tack on a late fee or an interest charge on and move on. Best of luck; you're going to need it.
