Recently took a skirt to Joy Cleaners in Somerset, NJ to have the waist taken in. A worker took measurements but when I picked up the skirt it was apparent that the alterations were not completed properly. The skirt was just as big as it was when I initially dropped it off! Instead of offering to correct the error, I was asked to pay an extra $15 on top of the $27 that I already paid! The manager refused to correct the error and did not refund my money. Truly disappointed and will never go there again. Pure greed! Beware and go somewhere else for your dry cleaning and alterations!

Expensive $$$!Just moved to the area. Took some scrubs to be ironed not, dry clean. $74.75. $5.75 each. Very Expensive! This service at my previous cleaners cost less than dry cleaning. For good reason. No special cleaning process, no stain removing. Just Iron! Needless to say, I will be going back to my old neighborhood cleaners.

Total rip off. Owner said he can't iron sleeves of dress shirts just the body so he literally gave them back with wrinkled sleeves. He said if I wanted the sleeves ironed I'd have to pay for dry cleaning. $5.00 a shirt.Total crook. NEVER again!
