My family has been using their services for years. I went in about a year ago for the first time in FOREVER and they asked about my mom when they saw my last name. When I picked up my jacket it was perfect! I have a wedding coming up and even though I moved out of town, I made sure to bring my dress there to be cleaned. I appreciate how warm they are and the quality of their work. Service: Organic dry cleaning

I paid for $50 of stain removal and they gave me the cloths back completely the same every stain still there. I asked for them to fix it and they said I would have pay more. I am pretty sure they just put my cloths in their tumble washer and pressed them. When I brought the cloths they were already clean just wanted the stains removed.

The man that I worked with was very very friendly, however, I came here twice for alterations and was not at all pleased. Their prices are pretty high but I dont mind paying for quality work- they did not do quality work. I brought in a suit to be altered for a wedding, I got it back and ended up wearing another suit because the alterations made were barely noticeable and the suit still didnt fit.
On another occasion I brought my military uniform to have some things sewn on. He initially wanted to sew over the velcro tape and I had to kindly argue with him not to. He then told me it would be an additional $2 per item to do that. I carefully explained the orientation of everything and where it all needed to be sewn. He pinned everything where I said. When I picked it up, the rank was sideways and the name tapes werent trimmed to size. Now I dont have the uniform for the day I needed it and I have to wait for them to fix their avoidable mistakes. I went to get my bridesmaid dress altered. When I was getting fitted, the lady stated that the dress did not need a hem, and that she would just cut it. They told me they could have it done in four days, which was perfect because I needed it quick as I am going to college and the wedding is closer to my home than my dorm. They proceeded to charge $30 for just a cut. Time skip to Friday, and I went to pick it up. Not only did they try to charge me again, but the cut on the dress looked like it was done by a 2 year old. The cuts weren't even at all, and were extremely jagged, and this is because they were cut with SCISSORS. If it wasn't for my mother being there, I would not have noticed the marks that were also placed on the dress. These marks were not there before and they were black. They were very clearly marking out where to cut, but she didn't even cut there. Not only this but you are supposed to mark with white chalk on the INSIDE of the dress, not the outside. They proceeded to say that we got what we asked for. I'm sorry, but I didn't ask for a dress to be cut seemingly by a 2 year old. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.
