      image Worst Customer Service experience. Manager CYNTHIA not helpful at all. I called to get the mangers name after I was there, and she hung up the phone on me. I still found out her name so since she was of no help, I called corporate.

      image Suppose to be the chicken green goddess caprese meltI guess the fresh basil is just a suggestion and we feel it instead of seeing it on the sandwich. Considering they took 15 mins to make this, youd think they would make it right.

      image This is the worst PaneraI have ever been to. My soup was so old it was mushy porridge. The chicken salad wasnt a salad at all, just pieces of chicken Very disappointing Not edible. I wouldnt give this place a single start for anything. Staff could care less.
