        Love this bank, but since the switch from Investors the ATM is practically always out of service when I go and Im tired of being charged a fee to use an outside ATM because of this. This is the only one close to my house so its frustrating getting charged a fee for something that isnt my fault nor my intention to do in the first place. Thats one of the only things I miss about investors you could use an outside ATM free 3-4 times a month before they charged a fee. Its a bit of a bummer and makes me contemplate switching banks after 10 years.
