Love the team at Sunrise Shrewsbury! They are friendly and compassionate. Community is spotless and well decorated. Their memory care neighborhood is top notch.

It's a complex process finding the right place for your loved ones and parents as they age. Do we hire someone to come in to mom's home to care for her or do we select the best place to care for her that is "just like home?" Sunrise of Shrewsbury is that place...."Just Like Home!" Mom is enjoying the daily social interaction and making new friends! Every person we interacted with from medical staff, housekeeping, dining, therapists, and Director of Sales, the process and experience was and continues to be, amazing! Every staff member was kind, empathetic, professional and, above all, they genuinely care. Sunny, Director of Sales, was our first point of contact; her professionalism, kindness, and friendly nature, made this transition less traumatic for our family and for Mom. This decision is one of the most difficult decisions to make in life....the personnel at Sunrise of Shrewsbury helped us realize this was the best place, home, for Mom. We are eternally grateful to everyone at Sunrise of Shrewsbury!

My mother-in-law Audrey is a resident at Sunrise of Shrewsbury, NJ. On Mother's Day, they hosted their first annual Mother's Day brunch. My husband and I RSVP'd to the invite and weren't really sure what to expect. Well, it was an amazing event to say the least. The dining room was decorated so beautifully and everything, down to the dishes and utensils, was done in a rose gold theme. It was all quite elegant. The atmosphere was very cheerful and even the coffee cups had pretty flowers on them! Every detail was perfect. They provided live entertainment, which was a pianist who played for a solid two hours straight! (wish I would have gotten his name...) Kudos to him! The food was exceptional and even with quite a large amount of visitors there, we still had more than enough to eat. "Mom-Osas" were served all morning which was really cool indeed. My mother-in-law truly enjoyed the day and we did as well. Many thanks to the very lovely Heather and her entire staff for all they did to make this such a memorable event. Petal the head chef was also incredible, the food was deee-licious, and every single person there could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Thank you again to ALL of you at Sunrise. We look forward to attending again next year!

I just knew when we walked in and went on our tour with Sunny this was going to be the place for our mother :) all of the stuff are so helpful and friendly. The building is very clean and always decorated perfectly for seasons and holidays events. The nursing staff is always there for us and very helpful.

Sometimes people tell you when things seem to good to be true that is usually the case.. Well it is not the case with this place. I fell in love with the place after getting a tour & meeting with Sunny Burrough( Director of Sales)as well as Paul Singh( Resident care Coordinator and Nilia Rivera ( Resident Care Director). Not to discount the rest of the staff either because everyone who works there is AMAZING. They all have such a big heart and work tirelessly to ensure that everyone is happy no matter what happens. It feels like an elegant hotel but has all the warmth, charm and coziness of a home.. I can only hope that I will live in a place like this someday. My mom loves it too and they keep her so busy .Im really just so grateful for the entire staff because I can finally have peace of mind that my mom is happy but is also so proud of her new home.
