        Chelsea at Shrewsbury is poorly designed. Residents have little outdoor seating near a busy highway. Very difficult to have a conversation and the afternoon sun is brutal. It has been 4 weeks with no phone or TV hooked up. People in walkers hangout In the parking lot because there is no place to move around outside. Postage size patio is within high fence, no breeze, no birds. Its like being in prison. If your loved one enjoys a garden or yard, do not put them here. The place is awful for someone who has some life left in them. A very pretty warehouse. I would rather be dead. PS My loved one died of COVID there because they failed to protect her from the Omicron outbreak.
