The real estate agent called me to schedule a showing for a home I was interested in. They also sent an email to confirm, which I responded to. I traveled 45 min out of my way to get to the property on time, and 10 minutes before the scheduled time, they call and tell me that they need to confirm the scheduling. 5 minutes after the scheduled time, they don't even bother to call me, instead texting me that the owners have already accepted an offer and are not doing any more showings.
Why wouldn't your office be able to call me and update me on the news before the scheduled showing? Wouldn't they be able to contact the current owners ahead of time to confirm this? This is terrible terrible terrible service for a new buyer.
