Wow. What a terrific experience. Jen provided excellent and practical advice regarding the necessary steps we needed to take to prepare our condo for sale, including what price we should select to market the property. She even introduced us to a wonderful stager who made the unit look amazing. As a result, the unit sold in one day over asking price.
