My husband and I both really liked Tony and his team when we first met them during an open house in Short Hills, NJ when we were looking to change homes in 2018. Tony was extremely, sincere, respectful, laid back and honest which is very rare in this industry. However, we didn't want to commit at the time so we just kept casually browsing. Over the next few years, the more we saw Tony at various open houses, the more we were impressed by his wealth of knowledge, willingness to share insights not knowing if we were going to work with him and his excellent reputation among his colleagues (Tony always received the highest praises when we went to open houses and told other agents we were considering working with him). When we finally decided to pull the trigger to sell our house last year, my husband who is super nick picky and demanding wanted to work with no one but Tony. Tony didnt disappoint! He sat down with us and went over every little detail of the sale process and made the whole process extremely smooth and stress free from beginning to end. His attention to detail and dedication was unparalleled. Additionally, everything was handled with extreme elegance and sophistication, communications were composed with such grace even other agents were complimenting it. Lastly it certainly helped Tony also has great sense of humor! Our house ended up selling way above our expectation because Tony's skills and expertise and his favorable relationships with all his colleagues. Tony then negotiated an amazing price on the purchase of our new home and also helped us secure a comfortable rental while we were in between houses. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients. We are so happy Tony advised and guided us to make the all-correct moves at the right times for this typically nerve-racking process. He truly wants what's best for his clients and we would recommend Tony to anyone without hesitation.
