Amy was extremely helpful throughout our homebuying process and beyond. She took us on a tour of the towns we were interested in, explained the whole homebuying process, showed us several homes, helped us structure the offer that ultimately proved successful. I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Amy (and Natalie) as our real estate brokers. We started our home-buying process in the spring of 2022 and worked with a few brokers during that period. All of them were cookie-cutter agents who simply put us on email distributionsexcept Amy. Some brokers wanted us to bid on the first house we saw, but not Amy. She took my fiance and me on a two-hour tour of Summit, Chatham, and the surrounding areas.
