J Severino Construction

We hired J. Severino to construct our new front porch and complete some interior finishes. They were quick to give us quotes and schedule both projects. The entire team, particularly Eric, was incredibly responsive to all of our questions throughout, and were simply a joy to work with. The work itself was done professionally, with a high degree of diligence, and a strong attention to detail. We would highly recommend and will consider them for any future project. We bought a house that my friend aptly described as having "not a kitchen, but a room full of appliances." We had a few contractors come by and say they just didn't know what to do with the space. It was pretty concerning. But then we met Jim. He had a plan but was open to my ideas, which all came together in the form of an awesome kitchen. The whole thing took about two months, if I remember correctly. And not once, did the team not show up when they said they would. We had previous contractors work on other aspects of the home before we met Jim and every day was a roll of the dice as to whether they'd be there to work. We never had to worry about that with Jim and his team. We have an old house and it's so comforting to know that we have a great team of people to call when the next thing breaks whatever that may be. :) I would (and have) highly recommend Jim to anyone looking to have work done on their home. The first time I used the Severino's was after a bidding process. After that job, I never put anything out for quotes again, I just called them. They deliver on time, on budget, with high quality and there were always touches that supised you. Little things that made simple things look better. Every day they clean up and keep the rest of your house clean. I can't recommend them more highly.
