I am on the same boat the previous two people. We gave a deposit and now we are not getting any call backs! Time to call an attorney or "7 on your side" They don't even deserve one star!!!

I am in contract with this company and provided a deposit. I worked with Mike Stone and Peter McPhee who are both no longer with the company. I was unable to get in contact with anyone at the office so this morning I stopped by and hung out front with hope to catch someone opening up. I ended up bumping into another woman who was in the exact same situation. We both went to the police department to file a complaint and as we were sitting waiting to speak to an officer a gentleman walked in and said he had been scammed, turned out by the same company. He was a subcontractor that had worked with Tom Hemmerle for a couple of years and said he had never had issues before. This subcontractor did work and was looking to get paid for the work he completed, Tom told him sorry but we are out of business (this was last Wednesday). I am sure others are out there so I felt obligated to share the story. If you are a victim, contact Rutherford police. Fingers crossed these folks do right and we all can get our money back and move on.

Boy we should have known better!!! We gave a hefty deposit, went through two project managers and the work was never done. What a dishonorable company! Deserves ZERO stars!!!!!!

Doesn’t even deserve the one star. Went into contract on May 8, gave my deposit and just found out that this company is out of business. Took my money and did not perform any services. Didn’t even have the decency of letting the customers know. Just found out from the Rutherford Police.
