horrid service gave the guy my car told him what wrong with it came back to le told me what i knew what was wrong with it and tried to rip me off for 800 dollars telling me i had a bad window motor and so he charged me 100 for absolutly nothing and then i take my car to another mechanic and it turns out my window motor is just fine and this guy just has no clue how to fix cars stay away from thiss scamm artest thankyou

Over priced me for changing one flat tire. And kept my car over a month and charged me two times for my engine lights just to not get it fixed I felt scammed. Definitely do not recommend this place. I would call in to check in my car and he never gave me an estimate on how long it was going to take and said he will call back and never did. I went to a different place and they fixed my engine lights in less than a week so this place is rigged. Services: Tires, Engine repair

I Stay away from this place.He overcharged and took advantage of my 17 years old son. When my son decided not to take his price he charged him with 170 dollars diagnostic fee and refused to give him the car unless he paid for it without telling him upfront about this fee.

Would not recommend. I needed a quick fuse replacement, went to J&R and told him exactly what was wrong and what I needed. He tried to charge me $700 to completely replace a "corp" in the car on top of a $200 diagnostic charge. I paid the diagnostic but then I went to my regular auto shop (Goodyear in Butler, NJ - go here instead!!!). Goodyear tried to identify what the guy at J&R was talking about - turns out it was a fuse all along. His diagnostic was totally incorrect. The man at J&R will try to up-charge you and pull random numbers out of nowhere, which I think is wrong. Don't waste your time or money.
